Dear Children’s Garden Parents,

This is the Payment Schedule for the school year 2011-2012. Tuition rates on based on an annual amount and broken down into 20 equal bi-weekly payments. Please keep a record of your payments.

Payment #1 is due your first day of school, Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
Friday only classes begin Friday, September 9, 2011.

This school year the last payment for the year will be the payment due the week of June 4, 2012. That will complete your 20 equal payments.

Friday, June 15, 2012 will be the last school day.
Tuition payments are due the “week of”..... All checks are made payable to the Children’s Garden School. It is helpful if you note your payment number on your check. Please make sure you receive a receipt for all cash tuition payments. Never leave cash payments on a desk without receiving a receipt. If there is a discrepancy on your tuition account you will be asked to furnish cancelled checks or cash receipts.

2 Sessions per week $1560.00 Annual Tuition ~ $78.00 bi-weekly payment

3 Sessions per week $2340.00 Annual Tuition ~ $117.00 bi-weekly payment

A 20% discount will be given for multiple siblings attending the same school year

Please note:

Please note that tuition is based on an annual rate. It is then divided into 20 equal payments for your convenience. Tuition covers your child’s enrollment, not attendance. We kindly request that you do not deduct money from tuition for illness, family vacations, school holidays, field trips, or emergency school closings. Always get a receipt for cash payments for your records from your classroom or the office.
