Throughout my life, I have been involved in the music of the Church, first as a choir member at the age of 5 until currently. I have found an opportunity to grow and be challenged by God. I never dreamed I would be called upon to be an organist at the age of 16. When I married and had my family, I thought I was finished with that phase of my life, but I was called again to participate as a choir member and assistant organist. All was going along well and I was content to be a “back-up”, filling in for vacations and as needed. Unfortunately, we lost a friend and an organist with the death of Janice Shipley. I was asked to take the position once again. Then we needed a choir director (something I thought I would never do – to get up in front of all those people…not me!), but God had another plan. I found I could do it with his help, and not only that, but enjoy it too! It takes time to pick music, practice with the choir and prepare music for Sunday morning, but when we have special music, a choir anthem or a cantata which reaches so many people, I feel so rewarded for having worked with such dedicated people. I hope I can continue to contribute for quite sometime to come, as I truly feel blessed by this ministry.

Our Senior Choir leads us in song and praise at our 11:15 worship service each Sunday. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 7:30 P.M. All are welcome!

Our Praise Band is comprised of dedicated Christians of all ages who share their musical abilities and gifts of praise. Practices are Mondays at 6 PM to 7:30 PM. The Praise Band performs every Sunday in the early service and the 4^th Sunday in the second service.

The Drama Teamis made up of members of all ages. These Christians share their artistic gifts through special skits and plays.
