Thank you to everyone who made our Holy Week so special this year. The Holy Thursday play was amazing. The sunrise service had 94 people attend which was the most ever by far and the church looked beautiful for regular services. Everyone was blessed to be here.

Thank you to Jennifer Harbison and DeeDee Huffman for being willing to lead the Young Adults group after Pastor Brian leaves. Your willingness to step forward will be blessed.

Great job by everyone involved in the Friendship Tea. A tremendous time was had by all and the "Red Hat" table was a nice touch. About $1400 was made for our mission efforts.

Thank you to Howard Lathrop for running the Easter Sunday breakfast again this year and finding enough food to feed all those hungry mouths.

The Tuesday night Bible study led by John Reidy on the "Sermon on the Mount" was a great success. The discussion was wonderful and those in attendance were blessed.

The Monson's movie night was a great time of fellowship in April. "The Hiding Place" was a thought provoking movie and a good choice.

Mission Events and Thank yous!!
These last four weeks have been busy ones! The Mission Team has been pretty well finalized and we held two fundraisers. Thanks to all who participated in and supported them. The Roast Beef & Root Beer was a great time of fellowship and good food. A lot of hard work went into the preparing and serving of the dinner and it was well appreciated. It was DELICIOUS! Thanks to Dick Herrman who cooked the beef.

Then on to the tea….there is so much to say about the tea. It has become such a wonderful way to bring church family, friends and other churches together to just relax and have fun. The food is great! A special thanks to Jimmy Stewart, who prepares hundreds of handmade scones and the kitchen crew that has become a well oiled machine over the years. The skit the drama team provided and the “lovely ladies” from the Red Hat society rounded out the fun. I am already looking forward to next year! Thank you! Thank You! Thank you!
