Pastor Parish Relations Committee

It is the mission of the Pastor Parish Relations Committee to enhance Cross Keys Ministry by providing a communication vehicle for any problems that may arise between the congregation and the Pastor or other employed staff member. Also, it is the committee responsibility to yearly evaluate and recommend salary adjustments for all salary positions within the Church.

The Committee is made up of nine members from the Church. We regularly meet with the pastor every third Monday of the odd numbered months of the year. The members serve for a 3 year period and are staggered with 3 new members each year.

If anyone ever has a problem with or a concern regarding one of the Church staff, please feel free to contact anyone of the members you are comfortable talking with or write your concern to the chairperson in care of the Church.
