This is the 'nuts and bolts' organization of the church. The Board acts on recommendations from all church committees, work areas, and organizations. The Board is the main decision making body of the church.

The present Building Committee is a short term committee, responsible for the addition being put on the parsonage in 2010.

Nuture...

The Nuture Committee is dedicated to the spiritual well-being of the church, the caring of members, and overseeing the Lay Shepherding program. The goal of the committee is to realize a steady growth of the Church while maintaining the close knit community of a small church. We believe in sharing the "Good News" of Jesus Christ with the whole world.

Outreach Committee ...

The Outreach Committee is dedicated to welcoming new comers to the church and outreach into the community. The goal of the committee is to realize a steady growth of the Church while maintaining the close knit community of a small church. PPR (Pastor Parrish Relations)...

It is the mission of the Pastor Parrish Relations Committeeto enhance Cross Keys Ministry by providing a communication vehicle for any problems that may arise between the congregation and the Pastor or other employed staff member. Also, it is the responsibility to yearly evaluate and recommend salary adjustments for all salary positions within the Church.

Trustee...

The Trustee Committee oversees the operation and the concerns of all buildings, the Parsonage, rental property, the Church, The Children's Garden, any building project, and the grounds.

Worship...

Our Worship Committee members serve as Greeters and Ushers, prepare the sanctuary for worship and help design both our contemporary and traditional services. They sponsor events throughout the year including our annual Advent Dinner and dramatic Good Friday service which brings those in attendance closer to God. The Committee is open to new ways to make worship more pleasing to God and meaningful to people.
